I was just sick in bed, minding my own beeswax, hoping for a little tea and sympathy. Instead I get bushwhacked out of the clear blue sky for no discernible reason.

I avoided quoting your rant specifically to avoid implying that I hold you responsible. I'm just pointing out that threads like this make the Bored a less pleasant place to be and that we all have other tools for dealing with such issues, from PMs, to (in some instances) off-line contact such as e-mail or telephone, to letting others make your points for you, to simply turning the other cheek. I've been getting some recent practice thinking about my responsibility for maintaining our sense of community, so it's been on my mind. --Bob

You're not hiding behind a facade (I am sure you know what word means, even if some others will have to go look it up!).

IF that was directed at me, I know what facade means...I don't think that's comparable to ignomononionoinioious or whatever the word was. Just sayin.
