wii Fit and wii Sports fans

If you have mastered it all or are getting bored or just ready for something new, I recommend My Fitness Trainer for wii.

You tell Maya your goals and what equipment you have on hand, and she gives you a fitness test, and then she tailors your workout to your goals. You have more music and environment choices than with wii Fit.

The fitness test involves jumping jacks, so you will want shoes (no balance board for this one), and supportive underwear for whatever you have that wobbles. I broke a sweat on a 15-minute flexibility workout that I will feel tomorrow.

It was just that I found out the hard way it doesn't work to dress down so much.

I used to teach aerobic dance. It was choreographed and I practiced to make sure I knew what steps were next and so on. I would often do that in my own living room, sometimes wearing my nightclothes. When I did the leapy or jumpy stuff. I held myself in place.

Made me remember being 'caught' doing that by Dr Dick and his offer to help.

I also got to wondering if guys can do jumping jacks comfortably in various states of being clothed.
