I assume the scoring is matchpoints. I'm certainly bidding two spades at any form of scoring.
Spoiler
If I know my partner makes sound vulnerable overcalls, I'd seriously consider pounding three clubs, but even then I'd probably pass.

7 no trump

If you bid that enough times, your mother stops making you be the sub when one of her ladies don't show up.

It's all his fault. That'll be $10.

3 clubs by west back to everyone but Miss Pea that would be insufficient

Screw Miss Pea.

I will double, partner knows I have spade support and 10HCP, he can pull it to 3S. I am not exactly liking the dbl, but that is what I will do.

3 spades has a bit of a play and I don't think it can be doubled so even 100 is good against 110

Why do both North and East have the six of diamonds? --Bob

Against a trump lead and trump continuations at every opportunity, you're in serious danger of losing two clubs, a trump, and three diamonds, particularly if West finds the underlead of the club honors to put East in for the third trump lead. And if I'm East, looking at a solid ten count facing an opening hand and vulnerable opponents at matchpoints, I very well may hit it.

Come to think of it, even if West cashes two clubs (dropping East's queen) after East gets in with the second diamond and leads a second trump, the continuation of a third club still will end up beating the contract. Declarer must trump or go down immediately, and then has two losing options. If he takes the heart hook immediately, he has to ruff (using his fourth trump) to get back to his hand to trump a diamond. Once he's done that, he can't get back to his hand to draw the last trump. If instead of taking the heart hook, Declarer trumps a diamond immediately, then he's stuck on the board and can't avoid a heart loser.
