I found and was going to post an online article I found titled "Obama Will be one of Our Greatest Presidents." I still think that in four years, SSS will say that Obama did well and that he's glad Obama was elected. Or, if he thinks the four years went well, SSS may give all the credit to the Cabinet and other staff. That will be OK too, because if that happens, it will mean that Obama gets the credit for assmbling that staff.
We'll see. i'll be very happy to hear "Hail to the Chief" being played a little more than an hour away, and it will be a new Chief.

I've spent over a year working on a marketing text, and I can appreciate the brilliant job that Obama did to win the nomination and the election. However, marketing has its limits. It can get people to try a product, but it can't make a product any better or worse. Starting tomorrow, we will get to judge the product rather than the marketing campaign that led us to try the product.

I take that statement back, partially. When marketing is a key part of the product development process, it can make products "better" by convincing the company to include the features in the product that people want rather than those the engineers think are good things to have.
