obligatory 5th Grader thread

#1 Post by earendel » Tue Jan 20, 2009 8:53 am

OK, I didn't see this in the archive, so if there was one, please point me to it.

I'm trying to figure out why these shows are being billed as "new" even though they have last year's 5th graders on it.

You're right, I didn't start a thread for last Friday's episode. It's being so uninspiring is probably why they never bothered airing it last season. Besides showing last year's class instead of this year's, they still had Jeff Foxworthy saying that there hadn't been a $1 million winner yet, even though the Georgia school superintendant's episode aired months ago.

Hey, they're trying to make a syndicated version of this show, so we'll be able to watch it every day!

Maybe they'll even allow a boring MAWG on the program, once in a while.
