This is not a show that usually has a thread here, but I'm changing that this week. For the 100th episode the show introduced a handyman character played by Beau Bridges. The show used flashbacks to show how the handyman affected each of the starring women's lives.
Actors and actresses not seen for a while (or sometimes only heard) were in the show. I thought it was a well done and touching episode that served as a very nice gift for the fans.
Desperate Housewives was special from the outstanding pilot and now in season 5 it's a show still at the top of my list for viewing favorites.

I ONLY watch Desperate Housewives because my girlfriend LOVES the show...and I love her
Of course, the DVR helps on those football-conflict nights
Hving said that, I really liked the episode last night. Funny, poignant, tragic and uplifting all at one time. It was good

A very different episode and quite a change. Beau Bridges was outstanding (can you say Emmy nomination?) I really enjoyed it.
