In keeping with my New Year's resolutions elwing and I spent an extra thirty minutes at the fitness center last night and I feel much the better for it this morning (surprisingly).
In other news, as I believe I predicted, I'm the ICEman in our office. ICE stands for Interactive Customer Evaluation and is a system for determining customer satisfaction. Every district has to have someone responsible for local administration, and since it's computerized, it falls under my "other duties as assigned". So I'll be getting every evaluation that's completed, with responsibility for routing it to the person who is being evaluated for him or her to respond to (if necessary), then I have to ensure that the responses are done within 72 hours of receipt.
