Proof Americans are geographically challenged

Sploofus asked me today which state is directly south of the state of Washington. Only 72.7% got it right! :roll:
I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I needed to be.

I agree that in general, Statesiders are geographically challenged. Having said that, I still wouldn't draw that conclusion from a Sploofus percentage. Some players may be computerly challenged like myself, and Sploofus may time out on them before it registers the correct answer.

Just a reminder that Sploofus is an international site. There may be folks answering who don't live in the U.S.!

I should have added that the highest percentage I've ever seen on a question is 81 percent. Now I want to get a 95% question.

I guess the percentage error is probably closer to 5%, not 20% as I had imagined. So I'll go try today's Sploofus after all.
