Late Thanksgiving gratitude

I am thankful for modern antibiotics.

I went into the ER last Sunday night and spent the week asleep and drugged with pneumonia.

There are so many places in this world where the outcome would have been so much different.

I am grateful to live here.



Note to self - while an effective weight loss program (15lbs+), I do not recommend this........................

Good grief! That sounds like an especially nasty strain. I'm glad you made it!

Oh, Brick! Glad you're feeling well enough to post again -- and eat again, too. Having gone through something similar (without enough sense to get myself to an ER) in late spring/early summer, I have great empathy. Get re-strong quickly!
