#1 Post by PlacentiaSoccerMom » Wed Nov 26, 2008 1:17 pm

They won their third game!

Maddie had an amazing night last night. She got an award, or at least I think she did, this was posted on the web site under the list of Coach's Awards.

Congrats to Maddie,

I played Judge for our local middle school completion this past Saturday and was identified as Judge in the photo caption in our local paper.
Suitguy is not bitter.

feels he represents the many educated and rational onlookers who believe that the hysterical denouncement of lay scepticism is both unwarranted and counter-productive

The problem, then, is that such calls do not address an opposition audience so much as they signal virtue. They talk past those who need convincing. They ignore actual facts and counterargument. And they are irreparably smug.

How delightful! I believe I'll try to remain on the high bench until your daughter is eligible, then recommend her to take my place.
