I always try to get a window seat for that exact reason. And to avoid having my shoulder constantly banged into by the service cart or people walking through the aisle.

What the Supreme Court of Canadia didn't weigh in on was whether the two seats need to be adjacent.

i can use extra leg room

if i were a canuck, i would sue for it.


I think airlines should have flights just for the obese.There is money in that, as many obese people wont fly because of the tiny seats.
I dont torture mallards all the time, but when I do, I prefer waterboarding.
