Lt. Governor of PA, at age 78. She was from the same neighborhood as my mom (although a few years younger), and they were friends back in the day. Nice lady.

One of my co-workers in DC was friends with Knoll's son, Albert.
She also said Mrs. Knoll was a very nice lady.
