Rahm Emmanuel was the model for the Josh Lyman character on West Wing. Was Lyman the Chief for Santos?

(Bonus: Ari Gold is based on his brother, Ari Emmanuel,)

Everything I can find says Emmanuel hasn't decided yet.

Yeah, NPR backed off on it a while after they said it. Oh well.

I can't believe he "hasn't decided", though. If offered, what's to decide?????
