Can't the governor of Kentucky issue the whiskey a pardon?

It could be one of his last acts as he leaves office.

I am about 25% sure of this.

Unfortunately the whiskey was seized in Tennessee, so the outgoing governor of Kentucky has no authority. OTOH maybe President Bush would be willing to extend a presidential pardon.

Iffen I'd seized said offensable material, it would be stored in a manner that would not allow for human consumption.

Except maybe one certain establishment in Langtry, Texas.

At a more than reasonable price.

To be honest, I don't know if I registered this MM on GO or not. Somewhere back in the deep, dark corners of my memory, I seem to remember creating this name, but I'm just not sure.
