I had a nice day in NYC

#1 Post by christie1111 » Wed Oct 15, 2008 5:38 pm

Unfortunately I did not pass the test.

:(

But I am okay with that. There is only 3 weeks left to tape and as we know they have called people for the 30th, so the opportunities were quite limited to tape this season anyway.

They were taping Wedding Week. Not my favorite of the special weeks, but I got to see three shows taped.

Oh, and the big news.......

I finally got a T-shirt! The guy in fornt of me gave me one he caught. I will have a separate post about him.

I met a nice person in line and I gave her our address. I hope she stops by.

Well, it's about time! 8)

But what a bummer about failing the written test. First time for you?

Yes, and I admit I was surprised. I need to go look up some Qs to see how many I got wrong. One rapper one was a given : wrong!

But like I said, I am okay with it all. It was still a fun day trip.

I'm glad you had fun and met nice people. I'm delighted you finally have a shirt. The test? Feh. It just wasn't your day.

Next year. When maybe they will have ditched the clock.

Sorry that the test didn't go well. I'm sure you will pass again.

Did you happen to see a couple from Atlanta at the Wedding Week taping? There was one at my audition that made it to the taped interview. The woman was a simply gorgeous brunette. I wish I could remember their names.

Well, crap about the test. I hate rapper questions, too. Glad you had a good time in the city. You'll get 'em next time.

Wedding Week is fun to watch being taped, though. I caught last year's taping.
I just ordered chicken and an egg from Amazon. I'll let you know.

Sorry about that test Christie. It looks like luck is a greater factor than in the past, given that quite a few BBs have not passed and there appears to be a higher passing grade.

Well, boo! I didn't know you were going to take the test, or I would have sent out vibes from here.

I agree with the person who thinks maybe waiting until they decide the clock was a stupid idea to pass, anyway!
