If we have FNGD tonight...

#1 Post by christie1111 » Fri Oct 10, 2008 4:44 pm

We may have to have a ChatThread in the FNGD area.

Too hard to go back and forth between here and there.

Especially after a few Cosmos.

Can we do FNGD and watch Fifth Grader at the same time?

I think 5th grader is on earlier.

Did you want to chat during 5th grader to make play-by-play comments?

When should I be thinking happy Denver thoughts?

Glad you asked!

Start tonight by thinking good thoughts about Broncos football in general and how happy you are to be a part of BroncosNation.

Then tomorrow, check in with your fellow football fans -- they don't have to be Broncos fans -- and maybe make a wager or two. Not too much, and it doesn't have to be on the Broncos game. If you're not usually a betting person, bet $2 or less.

Sunday morning, glance at NFL Today. The Broncos don't even have to be the team under review, you just want to be thinking those good Broncos thoughts. Now is when you should start vibing for the defense, because despite last week's good showing, keeping Tampa Bay to 13, that ain't gonna cut it against Jacksonville.

Then at 4:05 p.m. ET, go into full GO BRONCOS!!! vibage. It will make a difference.

GO BRONCOS!!!!!!!!!

 OH, CRAP!!! :x

First, Ken posted in his blog that he'd be the contestant this week, then he posted that the show would be pre-empted by baseball. But 5th Grader was still listed in the TV listings, so I was going to turn on the TV at 8 pm, just to make sure. Then I got on the computer and forgot all about it until I read this!

I caught the last couple minutes, enough to see the result.

And to see Ken's wife and son on TV for the first time.

D'oh.

Are you kidding me?

I saw more of this show than you did tonight?

My computer is working better today. I like the new format. My brain is not workign, yet. I may post but run back and forth to the baseball game, and not try to count for a winner. I had four odd questions already in mind.

Because it's an odd day.

Oh, even. Ugh! I don't know what I mean.

Oh my goodness, Christie! I'm so glad you asked this question.

Always think happy Denver thoughts! Anytime is a good time for a happy Denver thought. Things go better with a happy Denver thought. (lol)

You never know just when a player might need your support!
