The only clown in that clip is Barney Frank. Why is it so bad for him to admit that he made a mistake? I mean, Bill O'Reilly played the clip of Frank saying that Fannie and Freddie were looking sound in the future. And yet, Frank refused to even acknowledge what it is that he said in the clip. But then again, I guess it depends on what your definition of "is" is...
