Dan Quayle.

:D

I know it's a compliment.

She's doing fine in this debate. And that's what she needed to do.

We are taking imaginary drinks of alcohol every time she says the word maverick or a derivative.

Too true. I think they're both doing well. I think she might have eaten his lunch on a couple of things.

And, the repetition of things is on both parts.

That's a compliment, by the way.

Oh, no. I hope you can still see your computer screen from a prone position.

At first, it bugged me that certain phrases were being repeated. Then I decided it was intentional -- to increase the odds that channel surfers (and viewers of news clips to come) would hear those catch phrases.

Yeah. If you read Paul Begala's excellent article about debate preps, it makes much sense.

And he finally confirmed something I'd long suspected -- that John Kerry was given laugh lines by some jokewriters, but turned them down. If he'd just tried to lighten up a bit, who knows?

What happened to my reply??

I asked if anyone is watching this on CNN??

I didn't see the last debate on CNN. but, I gotta tell ya, I really love the little approval/disapproval dial at the bottom.

Those undecided folks in Ohio are having a blast!

I can only hear it, not see it, but they made a big production of putting all the TVs on the same channel because sometimes there's a tiny lag that is excruciating if you're between TVs. But I don't know if they settled on C-Span or CNN or something else.

Do the same for every time Biden said, "Let me say that again" and you will be virtually tipsy.

I liked his photo op smile. He has a nice one. He used it a lot.
