No white wine, but I think the popcorn is an excellent suggestion.

Popcorn is terrible for your teeth. It's low fat and low calorie, but if you're over 12, don't eat it!! Just sayin'.....

I have cracked a back tooth by eating popcorn.

I still eat it.
