Congrats to the Brewers

#1 Post by danielh41 » Sun Sep 28, 2008 7:58 pm

I skipped the first part of the Cowboy game today to switch channels between the Brewers-Cubs and the Mets-Marlins games. Talk about high drama on the baseball diamond. I love my MLB Extra Innings package on DirecTV (I know, I sound like a commercial)...

We were listening on XM radio on the way home. The Brewers game was on the station next to the Mets game and each broadcast was keeping fans updated with the other team's game.

VERY funny.

Melly...I love you. But you know who I will be rooting for here.

Just don't send TLAF after me. Please.

AD!!!

I was going to propose a bet.

If the Brewers win, I will buy you a Philadelphia cheesesteak. At someplace like Chubby's or Jim's. Although we WILL drive by the dueling street corners of Pat's and Geno's just so you can get the experience.

If the Phillies win, you buy me fried cheese curds at the Wisconsin State Fair.

Of course, since we are not including airfare in this deal, it may end up being just hypothetical.

:D
