Well the moratorium on creating reports was lifted Monday, and with results that could easily have been predicted by anyone with half a brain, the system crashed an hour later because of "heavy demand". Well, DUH! I personally have over 450 reports that I need to create, and I'm only one of hundreds (if not thousands) of users who are also trying to get their reporting done.

I love the smell of 'make wrong' in the morning!
