The mother of quints finished her run and walked away with $175K. I think we saw the first example of the "workbooks" helping one of the 5th Graders know the right answer, in 4th Grade Astronomy:
The contestant answered "Venus" and then was saved by Olivia's answer, which was "the Dog Star". Now, Jeff had already said that was a correct answer, but do students really get taught that name instead of "Sirius"? I imagine it's much easier to remember if you're cramming before the show begins, though. The sun is the brightest star we can see during the day. What is the brightest star we can see in the night sky?
Second contestant was a dentist. Along with the regular class, he had five of his dental hygienists show up as a guest class. Their answers made the 5th graders look brilliant!
He also walked, with $175K.
