Did you read the National Post today?, "Issues and Ideas" pages, otherwise known as an expanded op-ed page?

I only read our local paper and not the NP. I'm surprised that someone at the paper didn't inform her that this was a Millionaire question but then I doubt there are many who still watch the show.

I've been watching the old shows on GSN lately and I can't get over how easy the questions are compared to today's. Hardly anyone didn't get to at least $32,000. It was so much more exciting.

It seems they purposely dig out monstrous questions (like that stupid Smuf thing) for the $16M or $32M just to make sure most of the contestants go home early. Every time Meredith holds up the million dollar cheque, I just laugh - like tha't a possibility.

The Smurfs were aimed at the under 5 crowd who wouldn't have remembered that fact anyway.

Sorry about my typing. I have an infected middle finger that is wrapped in bandaids so it's not easy. And no, I didn't do anything ignorant with it to deserve this.

Everyone at my bowling league said the same thing when I couldn't bowl on Tuesday. I tried it twice and it seemed to make it worse. Maybe I'll try it again. It does seem to be getting a bit better today. I can't miss another week of bowling - my team needs me and my huge handicap.
