Xamine

#1 Post by PlacentiaSoccerMom » Sat Sep 06, 2008 3:57 pm

The girls and I were always told that Xamine liked cats.

We found out today that Xamine likes cats for dinner.

So, he will not be coming home with us.

There are others. Keep looking.

BDM likes cats, just like Xamine.
Suitguy is not bitter.

feels he represents the many educated and rational onlookers who believe that the hysterical denouncement of lay scepticism is both unwarranted and counter-productive

The problem, then, is that such calls do not address an opposition audience so much as they signal virtue. They talk past those who need convincing. They ignore actual facts and counterargument. And they are irreparably smug.

What happened to Xamine being "cat safe"

Xamine turned out not to be the right dog for you. It's far, far better to find this out early. The perfect dog is out there, waiting for you. The match will be made. More love is floating, looking for a chance to light.

The kennel workers told me that he was, but the main person in charge of adoptions told me that he wasn't.

There is another dog that I have always liked, "Timmy" who is very shy. He likes me a lot because I always take extra time with him each week to snuggle. I've also been working with him on climbing stairs and he has no problems with them now. He's "probably" cat safe. Right now his tail is bandaged because he had it partially docked. He has "happy tail" and keeps injuring it.

I am so sorry to hear that, but better to find out now than to have brought Xamine home and figured it out for yourself. The right one will definitely come along! :)

I hope Xamine finds a cat-free family soon.

I know you'll find the right dog to join your cat and rabbit-filled home!
