I loved the shot during Palin' speech where the little girl licked her palm and then smoothed the baby's hair with her hand.

Ditto Ken Jennings' blog entry for today.

The two best lines in it are towards the end:
Spoiler

But look out, because reality shows didn’t get more tasteful as time went on. They got trashier and added midgets.

Whoever wins the election, I just hope they’re sworn in with “the most dramatic Rose Garden ceremony…ever!”
There is something wrong in a government where they who do the most have the least. There is something wrong when honesty wears a rag, and rascality a robe; when the loving, the tender, eat a crust while the infamous sit at banquets.

That really is cute.

Reminds me of one of my favorite tee-shirts, one given to my oldest daughter when she was an infant:

"Because I'm The Princess, that's why."

Looking at this picture, I realized that Sarah Palin's face is starting to creep me out for some reason.

Prediction: If Palin's ever President, that kid will be the next coming of Alice Roosevelt.
I am about 25% sure of this.

The high road would have been finding something sweet to say - you took the almost low road.

Better than the low road, but still........
