Transcript 9/14/2018a Sam Stubblefield (carryover)

Sam feels completely relaxed; everything from here on is gravy. Sam has no lifelines remaining.

$100,000: While all six of the others have them regularly, there has NOT been a volcanic eruption on which continent since Mt. Gambier blew 5,000 years ago?
A - Antarctica
B - Africa
C - Australia
D - South America

Sam thinks about ancient volcanic eruptions, and thinks that there might not be much seismic activity in

Australia and "Gambier" could be Australian. It doesn't sound Spanish or Portuguese, so it's not South America. He hasn't heard of volcanoes in Antarctica, so he makes that his answer.
