George is now at the mercy of a housekeeper at the Doubletree on Harbor Blvd in Anaheim...minimetoo26 wrote:So George gets to go on vacation! I forget if he's the one who started in PA or DE since I've gotten two recently, but he's getting a cross-country jaunt...littlebeast13 wrote:minimetoo26 wrote:George Ethics question: I found a George and entered it, then passed it over to Stephen when I was paying him back for something. When he was consolidating his small bills I ended up with it again, and he wants me to hang on to it and spend it when we go to Disneyland in December. Should I just keep it in circulation and if it gets spent it gets spent, or should I take George across the country?
I get lots of user notes from people who plan on holding my bill they hit until they take a trip somewhere. Every time I take a trip somewhere, I get spending money out specifically for that trip and hold onto it for that purpose. It isn't technically "natural circulation", but then again, neither is getting 100 singles from the bank every couple weeks, and many Georgers do it to where it's become an accepted practice....

For a site and pastime that depend so much on geographical locations, it's funny that they place Kandahar in Europe...MarleysGh0st wrote:George is still in Kandahar. Must be a long deployment.
It still only gets counted as "Armed Forces Europe" on the Hit Analysis Report.
littlebeast13 wrote:I've gotten a ton of hits on older bills lately. In the past two weeks, I've had four hits on bills from 2008, three on bills from 2007, one on a bill from 2006, and three from bills I entered in 2005! I have a hit streak going dating back to December 19th, and there have been several days where a hit on an ancient bill has kept it going....
Here is my favorite hit from today. I love how there's no explanation....

They spelled 'received' and 'sheriff' correctly, so they aren't a run-of-the-mill sketchball! They're an educated sketchball....littlebeast13 wrote:I've gotten a ton of hits on older bills lately.
