Apparently it's something a member of the first family has that some bored members don't.

Thanks as always for doing this, LB.

I admire Michelle Obama, and I admire her taking on what I believe is the #1 health issue in this country. Last I heard, the smoking rate was down to 18%, but the number people who are considered overweight is more than 50%. In Colorado, estimated percentage of children who are overweight is around 27%. Although the impact on life expectancy is far greater with smoking, the pervasiveness of overweight and its impact on serious health issues such as cardiovascular disease, blood pressure, even vision health, cannot be minimized. However, unlike secondhand smoke, overweight (except my own and my husband's) does not impact me directly. First Lady Obama has taken on the issue despite a finely-tuned, multinational, billion dollar machine weighing in on the other side. You go, girl!

As for today's images, let's have a look at the First Lady, considering that African-American women generally have bigger butts than those of us with European ancestry. At my age, I could get rid of my love handles if I literally starved myself (or underwent liposuction, but forget that). At her age, that's what it would take for the First Lady to get rid of that butt. Personally, I think she looks pretty good at 47. Disclaimer: I don't know how old she was when any of these photos were taken.

I love this photo! I wish she could still have that hairstyle.

OTOH, I would never spend the time and energy on my hair now that I did when I was 21 -- straight and down to my shoulder blades.

Speaking of haircuts, I'm overdue and have an 11 a.m. appointment to deal with it.

There are many white folks (cue People of Walmart) with bubblebutts, too.
Methinks that someone advocating for a healthier lifestyle should disavail herself of constant photo opportunities where she chows down on all the good stuff normal people do, because, of course, in moderation, unhealthy foods are okay. She simply is not a good poster person for food and it still reeks of do as I do not as i say. Check out their travel menus. I mean. Come on. It's just stupid.
Well, then

Oh.... I had no idea this was for the upcoming Michelle Obama edition.....

You often confuse the words "mangy rodent" with images of ES as well, so I'll cut you some slack....
