Two in a row from Jersey City - how often has that occurred (two contestants from the same hometown back to back)? She at least knows the Bored mantra.

Nihil obstat® so far.

NYC is nobody's hometown. People just live there.

So on this episode, we were down to a total of twelve questions, between two contestants. I know the Expert lifeline doesn't have a time limit, but I thought the clock was supposed to SPEED UP gameplay ...

It does speed up game play.

So there's more time for chit-chat.

If I am doing my math correctly, from the wwtbambiz site, they are averaging 14.5 questions a day for season 7. (17.7 for season 6)
