The sermon against the "Trump Bible"

Rev. Loran Livingston REALLY doesn't care for the Trump Bible, calling it "blasphemous" and "disgusting." The relevant remarks from the anti-abortion, anti-LGBTQ pastor start around 1:11 into the 90+ minute sermon.

Pretty amazing. You would NEVER have quoted or had anything to do with this guy. Except he said something against Trump. Now he's your guy.

That’s how arguments work.

If Lee Greenwood, who, for some reason has his name all over this abomination, spoke out against it as a bad idea, he would be quoted also.

The controversy isn’t Trump-specific. This article is from 2021:

Lee Greenwood’s ‘God Bless the USA Bible’ finds new printer after HarperCollins Christian passes

The article mentions another Bible with additions, the American Patriot’s Bible, published in 2009. Politics also affects translations: a gender-neutral Bible drew criticism in 2011.
