Instead, it's the results of the latest Presidential Greatness Project, a group of 150 Presidential historians, that periodically ranks all US presidents from best to worst. This is the first time Biden has appeared in their survey, and he ranked 14th. Trump has now replaced James Buchanan as the worst US president. The historians rated each President from 0 to 100. Abraham Lincoln was first at 95.03, followed by FDR at 90.83, and Washington at 90.32. Biden's rating was 62.7, while Trump's average rating among the historians was 10.92. The next lowest score was James Buchanan at 16.71.
