Gateway Pundit Files Bankruptcy

Gateway Pundit, one of Flock's favorite news sources, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy as a result of lawsuits filed against it based on its claims of election fraud in the 2020 election. The site is strongly pro-Trump and an advocate of many conspiracy theories. Among the lawsuits is one file by Georgia election workers Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss. Gateway Pundit accused them of election fraud. In the filing, the company says it has between 500K and 1M in assets, which means that one big judgment could wipe it out. Unfortunately for them, a lot of the lawsuits against them allege intentional torts that wouldn't be dischargeable in a bankruptcy proceeding.

If that’s gonna be the playing field, then perhaps you can suggest that your side doesn’t send death threats another personal attacks against people, so these lawsuits don’t happen.

For "lawfare" to work, you have to have judges and juries go along with you. And you would think that in well over 60 cases (counting all these defamation suits as well), victims like Trump and the Gateway Pundit would have found at least one judge or jury to see what you, Trump, and the Gateway Pundit see so clearly.
