BIt is indeed Jefferson C. Davis, Brevet Major-General in the Union Army, no relation to the rebel guy, and quite a fighter.

He even killed his own commanding officer.

G And pay her Texas.

I like bringing that lyric out once a year.

Its more or less a tie.
