I had to stop and divide the year by four before I was even sure it was a leap year. I know there are people who keep a running log of this kind of statistic in their brain. I will never be one.

7 x 30 is 210 - 1 for feb (leap year) - 2 for aug, add 1 for jan, mar, may, july net gain of 1: 211
Remaining 366 - 211 = 155

It's already the next day here. So add and subtract one to the right answer.
