Good times in court

#1 Post by tlynn78 » Tue May 07, 2024 12:50 pm

Mistake #1: Defendant insists on represeting himself in a felony criminal matter. He is granted stand-by counsel.
Mistake #2: Defendant insists there 'must be' video footage of the perp 'wearing an orange jacket.' Defendant claims to own no such jacket.
Mistake #3: (the biggie) Guess what has been hanging off the back of Defendant's chair since he arrived at court?

Can't make this stuff up.

He's just setting y'all up for the big reveal later when he tries it on and it doesn't fit.

The prosecution's ready for that. They found footprints at the scene that match the guy's shoes.
