If Trump loses and the Republicans lose the Senate, look for Clarence Thomas to retire very quickly and Trump/McConnell try to ram a replacement through the Senate in December.

They only ruled on a procedural issue. Roberts said they could scrap daca if they do it differently.

Nobody ever contested that. But Chief Justice Roberts, writing for the Court, found that the decision that was actually made was arbitrary and capricious. Which seems like a pretty good description of Donny's entire Administration.

The Court expressly declined to reach the issue of whether the Attorney General's finding that DACA is illegal is correct. If Donny keeps trying to push on this button, you can expect the courts to reach the issue. --Bob
