Kansas voting hurdle is illegal
The Tenth Circuit has affirmed the trial court's judgment that Kansas's attempt to require proof of citizenship for elections was contrary to federal law. Kris Kobach personally litigated the case for Kansas. The trial court eventually sanctioned Kobach for his deceptive and bad-faith tactics. --Bob
