Google Forms Question

#1 Post by triviawayne » Fri Apr 24, 2020 8:34 am

When making a quiz in google forms, is there a setting for the answer key so it won't be case sensitive?

for example, if the answer I want is "James Joyce", I would like someone to be able to type "james joyce" without using capital letters.

I know I can have multiple allowable answers, but I don't want to type all the possibilities for spelling errors, and then type them a few more times because of case sensitivity.

If there isn't, my workaround will have to be to ask people to submit answers in all capital letters, but I don't want to do that.
