Re: RIP Brian Dennehy
About a million years ago in my WWTBAM call-in life, somebody said about a previous night's movie she'd seen, "Oh, you know, he's the guy who's in everything." And I knew she was talking about Brian Dennehy. Back then, I could get an answer without much of a clue -- shoulda tried harder to get on Jeopardy.
My clearest memory of him is his portrayal of Bobby Knight. The last time I saw him, he was playing someone who was dying in Law and Order SVU and doing a great job of it.

Three memorable roles: F/X, Silverado, and (I hate to mention this) Chris Farley's father in Tommy Boy.
He recently had a recurring role on Blacklist.
