Pandemic dreams

#1 Post by Beebs52 » Tue Apr 07, 2020 4:10 pm

It's a thing, I guess. I have always had weird, vivid dreams in color forever. Only one time did I have a half color/half black and white dream when I was a kid.

Anyway, I've had social distancing in my dreams, yada.

Yesterday I dreamt of a small, barrel shaped miniature mastiff in the yard which turned into a bat, of course bats , etc, that I stuck with a fork. The bat's wings were white.

I googled white bats, and rebirth or death of someone close. The night before our rubberlips fish, in our tank, croaked. His tummy was white.

Was there a yellow brick road in it?

Hah. Actually it was one of those "doodoos" dreams. My kids used to call creepy things doodoos. They whisper and are in the shadows. And tickle

I've been waking up tired, from dreams where there is a lot of problem-solving. I've always had these, but not this often.

It is stuff like we have to build a bridge over a creek, and we figure out how to knock down two trees to fall over it.

Nothing scary.

There was a clickbait which wanted to explain to me why my dreams were more vivid and long-lasting than usual. Now I sorta wish I had clicked on it so I could repeat it here and sound all knowledgeable and stuff.

I did have one vivid dream in which I hosted a potluck at a political candidate's house, except the house no longer belonged to her; it belonged to me.

Even stranger, the guests were mostly my bridge friends, and said candidate does not play bridge.

If that clickbait pops up again, I'll click on it.
