After my website host and I struggled for the better part of a week with my site, we've now realized we're out of options and the site is now essentially defunct. The content that's on there currently will stay there (at least until my subscription runs out), but I can't edit or add any new content to the site, making it impossible to update. It really came at a bad time, since I was about to post an interview I did with Ron DeFore, son of actor Don DeFore about his new memoir that I also reviewed. The culprit was an outdated site creation platform that I've been using since I started the site in 2014 and which is no longer being updated by Network Solutions.

I've got two options, both of which involve a lot of work. I can either go with the new platform that Network Solutions has which is responsive (my current site is not) and gradually port over the existing content. The other alternative is to expand my Wordpress blog into an entire website and just move the content there. Either way, I'll probably get someone to help me which is going to cost money, which I hate to have to pay. But I'm not going to let this drop since I've invested too much time in the site over the years to just walk away.

I'm sorry for the problems but I'm glad there seem to be accessible solutions. --Bob
