Nobel Laureate, Robert A. Millikan Professor of Theoretical Physics, emeritus (at Caltech), and the person who named quarks, Professor Gell-Mann was one of 6 (if memory serves) Nobel Laureates on the faculty when I was at Caltech. He died today at age 89. --Bob
