Today is the 2 year anniversary of my sister's stem cell transplant. They call your transplant date your birthday because you start over. You have no immune system. You get a new blood type. You even need to get all your shots over again.

She would very much enjoy the comments over there because she is having a rough time with feeling ill lately. Deb is having some issues with sores in her mouth that we fear are complications from her transplant. She's been sick and run down, so I am hoping it is more viral and transitory than graft versus host of the mouth.
