March 2008 QoD

#1 Post by NellyLunatic1980 » Tue Feb 19, 2008 1:15 pm

Although the January QoD is still technically on hiatus, would anybody be interested if I did another month of questions to satisfy our trivia fix?

I say do it!

Of course, I'll do what I always do. I'll play for the first couple of weeks, get mired in the lower-middle ranks, wonder how I could ever think I was BAM material, and find excuses to stop playing.

But, I still say do it!

Don't worry fishie, your day will come. And when it does, they'll have a little stool to boost you into the seat.

Thanks, t, but I think my obsession with getting on the show is behind me. Yesterday, I watched an episode for the first time in a long, long time. I didn't feel any of the desire to be sitting in the seat that I had previously felt. I didn't audition last year and I don't have any burning desire to go ahead and do so this year either. If I find some time to go up to NYC, or if they travel to the mid-Atlantic, I might give it a shot, but it's no longer something I feel I must do.

Besides, I think they have a height requirement....

It'll happen when it is supposed to. It sounds like you've got a lot on your plate at the moment. Exciting stuff, going into business for yourself. Best of luck to you and Tracy.

Don't worry, you've got company.

I'm still chasing these windmills and some answer and question windmills.

On the other hand, I don't let it bother me quite as much anymore.

SO when's the next series of Duel starting?
Enough already. It's my fault! Get over it!

That'll be $10, please.

Ouch. Yeah, let's call that over and done with.

Ever hear about the lady who backed into a propeller plane?

Disaster.
