Today's result is up on the Jeopardy! board.
Spoiler for March 24.
Yee haa! I guess Tom may be getting his wish after all. One more win and we can be pretty sure of that. I hope lb left enough room on your avatar for another digit.

Congratulations!

Congratulations on another big win! I hope your husband didn't mind. Did he stay back home in Baltimore? I guess you might as well go ahead and win four more, to take advantage of his extra day of babysitting.

I didn't want to post this picture until today because some people might have guessed I won the second day from it.

My friend Rose who stayed with me in L.A. made me a crown out of a brochure in the hotel room. Yesterday was the last game of the day, so I got to to go to bed as the reigning Jeopardy champ. I had dinner with Tom and the other three contestants from the last two games. Since I beat them all, I considered it only fair to pick up the check, and they all agreed.
I love the crown.
Spoiler
And it's good to see this screen name stick around for a bit. Looking forward to a long visit

Cyberial cigar tres for Megan for winning her third game, as she now has $103,203 for three wins, and probably won this game because she wagered $4K on the second DJ! DD and got it right, giving her the lead. Well done MEgan my dear(lights MEgan's portofino). I haven't seen tonight's game yet... but Wednesday's game let's me plug one of my favorite, but far from well known, Edgar Allan Poe stories: "THE THOUSAND-AND-SECOND TALE OF SCHEHERAZADE.". which is not only a delight to read but decades ago when I was teaching high school physics I assigned it for homework. It's easy to find on-line if you don't have it in your personal EAP collection (here is but just one link to it: http://www.eapoe.org/works/tales/schzdc.htm) and I think it is well worth reading. You can treat as almost a puzzle story, trying to figure out what Poe is talking about before looking at his footnotes to reveal the answer. I also think it is a great launching pad for any discussions on what is science - and to top it off it is very, very witty.

Again, MEGAn Kudos - and I can't wait to watch today's game!!!!!!!!

Awesome job on the victories, Megan!
But I have to say that I loved the way that you waved to the camera during the opening intro for the 3/24 show. I don't think I've ever noticed a defending champ do that, and you looked so sweet and happy! if you're that ecstatic even before topping the $100K mark, I can imagine how thrilled you became afterward. I hope there's still tons more to come

Great job Megan!!! It has been a blast to watch your shows. Excellent play. I really liked your smile on the Rugby question that you answered. What I saw in your smile was "That's the ticket!!! I got a Rugby question right!!!"

Keep on keeping on!!!!!!

Most people strive for the lock game, but I like being in the lead by just a little bit so I'm forced to bet it all!

Well, no one is stopping you from betting it all even when you have lock game

Seriously, excluding Cliff from Cheers, has anyone in the history of J! who had a lock game ever bet enough to break their lock - so that they put themselves into a possible position of losing the game? I think there have been cases where they bet so that there is a possibility of a tie - but has there been anyone who bet more than that? Maybe this is a question for the J! board.

And of couse,

You know, "Merry Man" just isn't the right title for the ReigningJeopardyChamp handle. How about "Honorific"?

And the handle needs an avatar. How about something like this?
