Olivia: And 40 Squared is 1600, right? I'm not getting that wrong?

Terry: Yep.

Olivia: Okay. I teach writing, not math!

She seems quite young to be a professor.

I precalled the answer to this one. The issue for Olivia didn't seem to be the math itself (despite her saying she wasn't a math teacher) but remembering the address of the White House.
