Amy insisted we go to the most famous place for this sandwich. I can't remember the name and I think it was someone famous. Anyway - the olive stuff that goes on it makes it a very unique sandwich.

Another WE/WE® and possibly the most laid-back contestant ever on the show. If TPTB were looking for personality, they picked a dud here. He never seemed to show any excitement.

I wondered if it might be the same Katie that Amanda used.

I guess not.

There's a chain in town called Schlotzsky's that claims its sandwiches are based on the muffuletta.

I use adductor and abductor machines each time I visit the fitness center.

This is one of those things I've known almost forever, it seems.

My thoughts, exactly. And his self-portrait reminds me of those drawings that we used to see in those matchbook cover ads for artist school.

Why, oh why couldn't this question have gone to a contestant who could give the punchline--complete with eyebrow lifting and the cigar-jiggling hand motion?

<sigh>

And for those that didn't there is this.

Suitguy is not bitter.

feels he represents the many educated and rational onlookers who believe that the hysterical denouncement of lay scepticism is both unwarranted and counter-productive

The problem, then, is that such calls do not address an opposition audience so much as they signal virtue. They talk past those who need convincing. They ignore actual facts and counterargument. And they are irreparably smug.
