You doing a diet or something else? What do you say is having the numbers go down now?

And, do you have thin/normal/fat clothes or is that not your way of managing the flux in the numbers?

I don't think I'm doing anything different. I think this is merely normal fluctuation.

I don't have different sets of clothes for different weights. Just different notches on my belt. --Bob

That blows my mind and pisses me off. Not personally toward you - just as a woman. If my (or any woman) had her weight move up and down by 25 pounds, that would be 2 full sizes and there is no way the same clothes could be worn.

I did get new business clothes that were smaller than the old set. (It was time to replace the old set.) But I can still squeeze into the smaller clothes. --Bob

I agree with that!!! When I gained a bunch of weight I had 6 different sizes...when I lost it, I spent a fortune on a new wardrobe and actually gave all the old stuff away as a preventive measure...I'm not letting myself grow out of my clothes again!!

In the past 11 years, I went from 230, down to 185, back up to 230, and currently sit around 215. The only thing I had to change was my pants size, twice going down, and once going back up (Apparently, when i regained the weight, it wasn't around the waist so much). I am on the verge of having to drop back down a size again though, lest people think I'm wearing my pants in the, er, popular style of today's youth.....

So you go semi annually or what? I see no problem with a semi annual weight log. In fact, I kinda like
the idea.

I am only going semi-annually because the doctor keeps wanting me back until he sees results....

I prefer to go several years without seeing the doctor, but you know how it is when you start getting up there in years like me........

a lb of fat is about one handful
there are more places to put said handful on a tall person than a short, stubby person, ergo the stubby person will take up more space proportinally than the nonstubby

I am not saying that "yoou" are stubby, I am just using that as an example
clearly

I am offended at you implying that you are old...because if you are old, I am old...and I AM NOT OLD!!!!

What did you say? Speak into the ear trumpet please, young lady.....

You doing a diet or something else? What do you say is having the numbers go down now?

I don't think I'm doing anything different. I think this is merely normal fluctuation.

I don't have different sets of clothes for different weights. Just different notches on my belt. --Bob

That blows my mind and pisses me off. Not personally toward you - just as a woman. If my (or any woman) had her weight move up and down by 25 pounds, that would be 2 full sizes and there is no way the same clothes could be worn.

Hey, you could start your very own log. Just sayin'...

Then I'd have to go out and actually buy a scale.....

You'll just have to wait until my next appointment in August.....

So you go semi annually or what? I see no problem with a semi annual weight log. In fact, I kinda like
the idea.

I am only going semi-annually because the doctor keeps wanting me back until he sees results....
