B4 Team-Check In

#1 Post by Bixby17 » Fri Nov 23, 2007 11:12 am

I know the check in thread can be a bit of a brutality after Thanksgiving.

How are you doing with your health and fitness stuff?

PCLT points will show up when I am at my normal computer.

Good exercise week. Almost totally over my cold. Ate too much doing Thanksgiving at my folks house. Non-surprise.

Not so much - particularly because I'm starting to come down with some sort of crud.

I loved my desserts. I do not feel guilty. I feel strong. I also do not feel tired today - first day in ages.

I actually weighed 1/2 pound less this morning than yesterday morning.

What a surprise.

Our big meal is today, except I don't much do big meals, so it will just be dinner with my folks. I got in some lifting yesterday but no walk.

I did NOT overeat yesterday but I woke up with a terrible upset stomach today. I should be down at least 2 or 3 lbs by now. :(

Goodness - hope you feel better soon and that it wasn't anything you and others ate.

I seem to be the only one that is not feeling well today, so I don't think it's anything I ate. I did have a migraine yesterday and took one prescription tablet. Maybe that doesn't mix so well with Thanksgiving meals. Who knows?

Maybe you had that horrible stomach bug that's going around here. The one word people seem to use to describe it is unpleasant. That's the understatement of the century, but it's over in a hurry. Twelve hours later and you're fine, although very tired.
