Not sure what to make of this one:
Q4) Put the following songs in chronological order by when the debuted in the Billboard Top 40, starting with the earliest:
1. Monday, Monday
2. Louie, Louie
3. Cherry, Cherry
4. Bye Bye Bye
And now, the rest of the story....
According to what I've been able to find:
Louie, Louie is definitely the oldest song. It was originally released in 1955, but it was the version by the Kingsmen that first charted in 1963.
Monday, Monday was released and first charted around May of 1966.
Cherry, Cherry was released in 1966 and peaked at #6 in October 1966. (Not 100% sure when it debuted.)
Bye Bye Bye is easily the newest song, first released in 2000.
Without even getting into the fact that two of those songs appear to be WAY too close together, the order that I punched in appears, at first glance, to have been correct.
Not sure if I got Jipted, if I fat fingered, or if I'm just plain wrong about something here.
Four nights down, six to go.
